Free high resolution photo of a pair of shoes with their laces tied together hanging from overhead wires… not sure if they’re power lines or telephone wires. This type of shoe display is sometimes called shoefiti, and some people believe it is done to mark gang territory or sites where illegal drugs are sold. Free picture for any use.
