Free photograph showing a home made solar oven or box cooker with a pot of food and a hot pad sitting next to it. This solar oven was constructed using two cardboard boxes with newspaper insulation between them. The lid is glass allowing the sun inside. The inside is covered with aluminum foil and there is a large foil reflector that directs the sunlight into the cooker. This picture is free for any use.
